Low cost Building Surveyors Report on a 1960s Belper detached house

This low cost RICS Building Survey Report revealed a numebr of expensive problems that enabled the purchaser to save money on the purchase price of this Belper property. An uneven flat roof and poor drainage arrangements was causing it to hold water. Damaged roof tiles were a problem as they had an unusual profile and obtaining replacements would be difficult.
